Kalamay is a sticky sweet delicacy that is popular in many regions of the Philippines. It is made of glutinous rice, grated coconut, brown sugar, margarine, peanut butter, and vanilla (optional). Regional varieties exist, the variations come from the texture and the sweetness preferred.It's one of my favorite delicacy here in the Philippines....
