Yummy Sunday #3

In the Philippines, it connotes a whole roasted pig, litsong baboy. Lechon baboy is one of the highlight of Filipino festivities, birthdays, wedding, family reunion and christmas parties. Lechon is a very delicious dish and to be cook right so that the skin is very yummy and crispy. For me, the skin is my favorite part of Lechon.

This photo was taken during the wedding ceremony of my elder brother.

Crispy skin is something that I have never tried. It must be quite good, as you are the second person to mention it.
